Exhibitions

World Comics Finland has an extensive international network. We started our activities with training workshops in Africa and India. However, we realised soon that it was important to present comics from Africa, India and other cooperation countries to audiences in the North. Thus our activities also include exhibitions. We have produced 23 exhibitions between 1997 and 2009.

Our exhibitions include comics from Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Iran, Cuba, international campaigns, and comics by immigrants in Finland.

We have a good supply of grassroots comics from different organisations and on a variety of development and human rights issues.
